Mike Hunter

Michael Hunter is a professional multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and composer based in Brooklyn. Classically trained on piano and violin from an early age, he began diverging from the classical world in college, teaching himself guitar, drums, bass, and songwriting. Since moving to NYC in 2011 he’s developed an eclectic and fruitful career, touring with his original bands, playing keys in musical improv troupes and 80s tribute bands, recording string arrangements for major label records and recently performing on Broadway in The Band’s Visit and Tootsie.
