Emily Jackoway

Emily Jackoway is a New York-based actor, writer, and educator. She holds a BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied at the Experimental Theater Wing, The Classical Studio and Stonestreet Studios. Her work often centers around devising new works and revitalizing the classics. She has experience teaching theater, dance, and improvisation for ages 2 to 12, and is passionate about teaching young artists to use theater as a tool for empathy and communication. Recent credits include The Vitagraph Story (The Flea), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Shakespeare in the Woods), Hay Fever (Stag & Lion Theater Co.), Macbeth (Inkblot Theater Co.).
