Britnie Narcisse

Britnie Narcisse is a Brooklyn-born actor, writer, and teaching artist. She began her performing arts training at Mark Twain I.S. 239 before attending the Professional Performing Arts School, where she studied in the Waterwell Drama Program. She went on to earn her BFA in Acting from The Juilliard School as a member of Group 51. Since graduating from Juilliard, Britnie has worked across theater and film, guest starring on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and most recently writing and starring in Lou!, a horror short inspired by her Haitian culture.

Having grown up as a young performer in New York City herself, she loves creating a playful, encouraging space where students feel free to take risks, be curious, and find their own artistic voice. Outside of acting, writing, and teaching, Britnie can usually be found telling pointless long-winded stories, laughing at her own jokes, reading Bell Hooks, and hugging one of her siblings and/ or friends.
