Ashlyn Hughes

Ashlyn Hughes is a New York based comedian, actor, and filmmaker. She has played with prominent theaters such as: Steppenwolf Theatre Company, The New Colony, Illinois Shakespeare Festival, iO Chicago, and The Annoyance. In film, Ashlyn is the Co-Creator of an award winning web series: Centered; and she can be seen in Chicago Fire (NBC) and Hot Date (POPtv). Ashlyn has been a caretaker, tutor, and teaching artist for the past seven years in Chicago, where she also began the improv program at Burley Elementary (CPS). Ashlyn holds a BA in Acting from Illinois State University and is a graduate of Second City’s Conservatory.
