Alia Cuadros-Contreras

Alia Cuadros-Contreras is an actor, singer, dancer, poet, writer, aspiring child and adolescent psychologist, among many other things! She recently graduated from New York University with a B.F.A. in Drama and a minor in child and adolescent psychology. Alia is passionate about using her art to foster compassion in society and as a platform for social activism. Offstage, she loves to spend her time helping children discover and express themselves through the arts. She has assisted special needs dance classes, taught children’s music classes, and led physical acting classes for high schoolers. She feels deeply fulfilled by seeing how children and young adults gain confidence, self-understanding and the freedom to exist fully as themselves through the arts.
