Campers explore their bravery, magic, and mischief the Roald Dahl way. In this session we will perform songs and scenes from two Roald Dahl classics: James & the Giant Peach and Matilda. Students will learn vocal technique and use improv to create their own scenes, as well as how to create a character from a place of instinct and play. Spoken-word poetry also by Dahl will augment our rehearsal process. Their stories, dances and theater games are filmed throughout the session and premiere online after the session.
