Annalise Wedemeyer started working teaching theater in high school at a summer camp in her hometown of Palo Alto, California. She moved to New York in 2012 to attend Pace University and received her BA in Acting International Performance Ensemble. Annalise loves performing for children and last Christmas played “Raggedy Ann” in the Velveteen Rabbit, and “Tiwala the Turtle” in The Pond in the spring of 2015. In 2015 Annalise received her certification of TEFL-TP (Teaching English as a Foreign Language through Theater and Play) and spent the summer traveling Italy establishing English immersion theater camps. Currently, Annalise performs and teaches as a member of the theater company Girl Be Heard, as well as teaching with Marquis Studios in NYC.
